How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We aim to post within 24 hours of the order being received. Weekend orders will be sent out on Mondays. Postage times may be subject to delays due to regional lockdowns. Below are some general estimates of when you can expect to receive your items –

UK 2-3 days
Europe 3-5 days
United States 8 days-3 weeks
Australia/New Zealand 3-4.5 weeks

What type of shipping do you use?

All deliveries within the UK are sent with Royal mail 1st class signed for delivery.
Books and clothes are sent worldwide with Royal mail international standard shipping.
Prints are sent in postal tubes worldwide through Royal mail international signed for shipping. Multiple prints can be sent in one postal tube, making the postal expense more economical.

Do you have a tracking number for my package?

Tracking is only available as standard with orders from within the UK. If a parcel is taking its time, please get in touch and we can provide the tracking number on request.

Only part of my order has arrived..

Some orders will require more than one parcel to complete the order, for example if you order a book and a print, these have to be delivered in separate parcels to protect the items. These parcels may arrive on separate days so please be patient and if it still doesn’t arrive after a few days please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

I want to order more than one of the same book

Book orders are limited to one of each book per order. This is because of weight restrictions and the way postage is calculated. If you wish to bulk order more than 5 of the same book, please email turntablistdjchile@gmail.com to discuss options.
